All programs address the NSW NESA syllabuses for the Australian Curriculum.

Ecosystems

Fieldwork can be completed in a range of ecosystems both in the Royal National Park and surrounds. Popular sites include:

Note: Coastal sites, e.g. Wattamolla, are particularly spectacular during peak whale migration (June-July), as are heath sites in springtime flowering.

Costs

Department of Education schools 

from $9 per student (GST free)

Refer to Excursion Costing 2018 (pdf 68 KB) for more details.

Non-government schools 

from $20 per student (GST free, minimum charge $650 per class)

National Parks entry fee

$1.10 per student (GST inclusive)

You will be invoiced separately after the excursion by Office of Environment and Heritage (National Parks & Wildlife). You do not pay this entry fee if you come to the park by public transport.
